Menactra is a meningococcal conjugate vaccine that helps protect against serious infections caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, C, W, and Y. It reduces the risk of meningitis (infection of the brain and spinal cord lining) and bloodstream infections. It does not protect against meningococcal serogroup B.
